- Listening Call, named "Talk To The Dude" via Zoom in which I facilitate connection between me and readers who seek non-medical, non-clinical, non-counselling-related, non-crisis-related conversations via the website.

Terms of "Talk To The Dude" Service

OneDudeListening.com provides the service of Listening Calls for any visitors of the website. Visitors who want to use this service must be 18 years old and above. If you are below 18 years old, you must seek consent from a parent or guardian.

This Service is not intended to be medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, counselling in nature or a crisis helpline or any other mental healthcare service, nor should I treat it as such. I also note that this Service is not intended to be a replacement, nor should it dissuade you from seeking medical or mental health services.

Use of this Service is not intended to create any form of professional relationship, be it as life-coach to client, patient to professional, counsellor to client.

By accepting the terms and conditions prior to engaging Alden Tan you understand and acknowledge that Talk To The Dude does not provide a medical or mental healthcare service through the Services.

For visitors using the Talk To The Dude Service, you also agree that the following topics are absolutely not permitted while using our service:

• Any hate speech: defined as attacks on people's race, religion, sexual orientation, mental health, or serious disease or disability.

• Politics.

• Sex Chats.

• Personal information gathering: no solicitation for any personal information, whether from Alden Tan or others.

• Criminal intentions or confessions: as confidential as we hope our chats to be, we are not allowed to lawfully withhold information should there be mention of a crime or planning of a crime.​
