Forgiveness? Eew! Cringe.
Positive thinking? Brain cringe.
Getting out of the house to meet people? They will only see my cringed-up face.
Meditate? My eyes are both rolling and cringing right now.
Read book? Every word written is just 'cringe.'
Do volunteer work and make sure you post it online? Even God is cringing.
I can go on and on about the dismissive and judgey attitude some of us have towards things that are supposed to help us in life.
I know I'm one of them.
Yet, I wonder if we should just practice what we cringe.
Maybe it's time to so you can make a real change in your life.
Maybe the cringe is just an indicator that it's the right direction.
Maybe we should stop being a bitch about things.
