I just don't believe in meditation, at least not in the worldly sense that it will heal your deep-rooted issues.
It's a break more than anything. Breathe to relax. That's all.
And I fucking suck at it.
Apart from that, if you think meditation doesn't work for you despite rave reviews from others, then don't go for it.
Do something else then while you slowly peel away the layers to find out what ails you.
